Thank you all so much for attending QISW 2025 and for making it the success that it was! We all had a fantastic day and really enjoyed hearing the fascinating keynote talks and projects performed by yourselves. We’re excited to introduce our first-ever Quality Improvement Panel—a dynamic session featuring four healthcare professionals sharing real-world insights from their QI journeys.
From challenges to successes, our panelists will explore how innovation, collaboration, and persistence drive meaningful change in healthcare.
This interactive session includes a live audience Q&A, offering a unique chance to ask questions and gain practical advice from the front lines of improvement.

We're so excited to be running our very first interactive quality improvement panel! Your chance to ask any burning questions you've had about involvement with quality improvement projects and some top tips on how to succeed in quality improvement!

Abstract categories see below
Abstracts should be in English, spell-checked and word counted (250 words max excluding headings). All submissions are run through an initial checking process. Any abstracts that do not meet these requirements will be automatically rejected by the system. Please do not include any patient details. Abstracts are anonymised for scoring and review.
Please use the following headings in your abstract: Background & Aims, Method, Results, Conclusion.
Do not include any figures or references in your abstract.
Successful applicants will be notified in due course and will be required to produce a poster. Top scoring candidates will be given the opportunity to give an oral presentation on Conference day. All other successful applicants will have a nominated space in the poster hall. All successful applicants must be registered and be available to attend on the day.
There is a limit of abstract submissions for this conference and applications will close at this time so ensure applications are prompt, there is a maximum of 2 abstract submissions per author.
