Abstract submission now open! 

Abstracts should be in English, spell-checked and word counted (300 words max excluding headings). All submissions are run through an initial checking process. Any abstracts that do not meet these requirements will be automatically rejected by the system. Please do not include any patient details. Abstracts are anonymised for scoring and review.

Please use the following headings in your abstract: Background & Aims, Method, Results, Conclusion.

Do not include any figures or references in your abstract.

Successful applicants will be notified in due course and will be required to produce a poster. Top scoring candidates will be given the opportunity to give an oral presentation on Conference day. All other successful applicants will have a nominated space in the poster hall. All successful applicants must be registered and be available to attend on the day.
There is a limit of abstract submissions for this conference and applications will close at this time so ensure applications are prompt, there is a maximum of 2 abstract submissions per author.
